Store Policies
All Sales Final/No Returns
• We are a nonprofit organization utilizing donations from our community to help
fund our programming. We ask for your understanding and consideration
before finalizing your purchase.
• No tag, no sale. Thank you for your understanding. Products will be repriced at
the end of day and restocked beginning of the next business day.
• No price negotiation. Price points, terms and conditions are fixed and not open
to customer bargaining. Thank you for your understanding.
Employee Purchasing Guidelines
• Employees are not permitted to purchase goods and apparel unless
accompanied by a third-party not associated with Fine Finds/AccessAbility.
• Any items purchased by a Fine Finds/AccessAbility employee must be rung up
by a manager.
Stowing and Holds
• No stowing or holds on items to be purchased at a later time.
• Any employees found stowing items for purchase will not be permitted to buy
items.
Loyalty Cards
• One stamp per day/per customer permitted.
• After the 8th stamp, card can be redeemed upon next visit.
• Loyalty card stamps cannot be replaced; new cards can be issued.
Untested Policy
• All items with an “Untested” sticker have been tested for basic working status.
All features of the item may not have been tested to the fullest extent, therefore
we consider our items untested and sold as is. Thank you for your
understanding.
Color Sale Policy
• Food and beverages are exempt from color sale discounts.
• Handwritten white string tags do not apply to color sale discounts unless
otherwise marked.
